BoatMove is a comprehensive yacht delivery marketplace and management platform connecting boat owners and brokers with vetted delivery partners. It supports three transport modes: Sea (skipper delivery), Road (truck transport), and Ship (port-to-port freight).
User Roles
Client
Boat owners. Submit delivery requests, receive and compare quotes, accept quotes, track deliveries, and leave reviews.
Broker
Yacht brokers acting as intermediaries. Submit requests on behalf of clients with reference numbers. Dedicated dashboard with duplication and management tools.
Partner
Delivery companies (Sea, Road, or Ship). View opportunities, submit competitive quotes, message clients directly, and manage team members and company profiles.
Skipper Partner
Independent freelance skippers. Go through specialised skipper onboarding detailing qualifications, nautical miles logged, and deep experience.
Admin
BoatMove staff. Have full platform control over delivery requests, partner vetting, user management, and support tickets.

Receive Quotes
Vetted partners are notified. Expect competitive quotes to arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
Compare Quotes
Navigate to 'My Requests', click your request, and view the received quotes side-by-side.
Accept a Quote
Click Accept on your preferred quote to confirm the booking.
Track Delivery
Monitor your delivery status and use the in-app messaging to communicate directly with your partner.
Leave a Review
After completion, rate your partner across multiple categories to help the community.

Create an account and complete the specialised partner or skipper onboarding form.
Vetting & Documents
Upload all required verification documents (insurance, ID, qualifications) and await review.
Browse Opportunities
Once approved, view matching delivery requests on your dedicated Opportunities page.
Submit Quotes
Review requests and submit quotes detailing price, duration, inclusions/exclusions, and availability.
Track Your Quotes
Monitor the status of all your submitted quotes in the 'My Quotes' dashboard.
Messaging
Use the platform's secure messaging system to discuss logistics directly with clients.
